Star Body Healing is for the dreamers, the visionaries, the ones who know they are meant for something grand. This is for the ones who are ready to be activated into their fullest selves.
These offerings are for anyone seeking to use expression, creativity, and ritual to tend to their entire self and access deep wellness—mind, body, spirit.
Energy Healing
Individual Energy Healing Session: I incorporate diverse training in Reiki, cross-cultural spiritual teachings, soul care, and intuitive energy healing practices to restore balance to the energy body. Please allow an additional 15 minutes before and after for intake and integration.
$120 for 60 minutes | $60 for 30 minutes
Energy Clearing for Your Space: When your space feels clogged, bogged down, or frenetic, an energetic space clearing restores balance and peace to your environment. I offer space blessings for homes, work spaces, and other locations as requested.
Investment ranges from $100-400 — contact for an estimate.
Psychospiritual Mentoring
Psychospiritual mentoring sessions offer a one-on-one therapeutic space to explore your inner terrain, unlock your creativity, face your shadows, and deepen your healing so that you can blossom into your expanded self.
I weave together multiple therapeutic modalities in our sessions, including art therapy practices, somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), cross-cultural spiritual practices, dreamwork, and more.
Mentoring sessions are a safe space to explore your identity, process life transitions and painful experiences, release burdens, and follow your own path to wellness and wholeness.
Sessions are offered virtually at this time.
$50 per 60-minute mentoring session
Intuitive Readings
In your Intuitive Reading, I will work with tarot cards, oracle cards, and cross-cultural visionary techniques to offer insight and practical guidance for your life.
Intuitive readings are an ideal space to identify your stuck points, navigate life transitions, and welcome the Divine to guide you on your path. You are encouraged to bring a specific intention to each divination session.
You may take notes during your reading so that you leave with a full dose of insights and practical steps to guide you in your daily life.

$40 per 30-minute intuitive reading session
