Holistic bodywork is a ritual of deep care for the body, mind, and spirit
Release what is no longer needed during a regenerative massage session blended with energy healing and soul care, all in the comfort of your home.
Being tended to with honor and care is life-giving
Our bodies are never truly separate from our minds, our hearts, or our souls. Through holistic bodywork, I subtly tend to all parts of the self through massage integrated with energy clearing, prayer, and other healing practices that aim to restore balance and wellness.
In-home massage, sometimes called mobile massage, means the massage therapist comes to you. It is an offering of presence, respect, and an opportunity for you to deeply rest and receive care.
Bringing in spiritual and energetic elements to every massage allows me to hear the wisdom that springs from the body. I listen and I respond to that energy that tells me what is most needed.

What to expect during your session
Your holistic bodywork session is a blend of physical, energetic, and spiritual support. When I arrive to your home, I will have everything needed for your session: the massage table, fresh sheets and blankets, massage oils, spiritual tools, and more. I will get set up in the space of your choosing—I recommend somewhere you feel comfortable and safe. Then, we talk through your intake paperwork and your intentions for the session.
When you are ready, we begin with a prayer to open the session. Your bodywork may include massage and energy clearing that is more intensive or more gentle depending on the needs of your body that day. Each session is different, but my aim is always for you to feel relaxed, comfortable, and to leave the session lighter.
As the session comes to a close we will discuss what came up for you throughout your experience, and I may offer feedback about what messages came through during the session. We will close with a prayer and a warm goodbye.

About Taylor
My journey as a massage therapist began when I was 19 years old, when I read a book called Touch by Tiffany Field. This book shares anecdotal and scientific accounts of the amazing benefits of human touch. I learned that touch is an essential human need, and that if babies are not touched and held, they will not live. This inspired and moved me so intensely that I signed up for massage school one month later!
I graduated from Everest College in 2009, and over the past sixteen years of practicing as a licensed massage therapist I have taken massage across the world. From working at a mountain retreat center in Puerto Rico, to providing massage to artists at festivals, to working at boutique spas in the Seattle & Vancouver areas and eventually opening Star Body Healing as my own practice.
My work and prayers are informed by the teachings of the Four Fold Way by Angeles Arrien, among other spiritual practices. I have studied with my mentor and friend Char Sundust since 2017, and I incorporate broad training in cross-cultural spiritual practices and soul care including Reiki I + II, subtle bodywork, crystal gridding, aromatherapy, somatic awareness, Lomi Lomi, and more. I recently earned a B.A. in Contemplative Psychology as part of my journey to continue expanding my ability to support healing of the mind, body, and soul in every holistic bodywork session.

FAQs
What do I need to have ready for my in-home massage?
I will need a healthy amount of space where I can set up my table and move around it freely. I will also need access to a sink with hot running water, preferably in a bathroom. Lastly, I’ll need a small area to set up my altar with energy tools, oils and lotions, etc. I may use rattles, singing bowls, or other sounds during your session, good to prepare for if you live with sensitive animals (or people).
Will you begin and end right at our scheduled time?
I will arrive at your scheduled start time. I have built in 15 minutes of set-up time at the beginning of every session. If setting up takes longer than 15 minutes, I will extend your session so you still get your full treatment time.
Additionally, intake and integration may extend your time by an additional 15-30 minutes beyond your scheduled time. I take care not to book sessions back to back to allow your session to be unhurried.
How can I prepare for my session?
Drink plenty of water with electrolytes, and stay hydrated for three days before and after the massage. Hydration is key to keeping the energy flowing within holistic bodywork!
Notice your dreams and any symbols or themes that come up repeatedly during the week leading up to your session.
Reflect on your intention for your session. This is not just a good massage; this is transformational healing work on an energetic, emotional, and spiritual level. Use these sessions to your advantage and see where body and mind meet.
Consider having a journal on hand to note any insights that that come during the session, or that I may share after your massage. These notes can be useful to work with during other healing practices such as breath work, therapy, art or writing, etc.
How do I pay you, and is tip included?
You may pay with cash, card, or Venmo before or after the session. I do not take insurance.
